Claire’s Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Quaker Oats
- 1 T Salt
- 1/2 t Savory
- 1 T Pepper
- 1 T Parsley
- 1 T Butter
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 2.5 lbs Meatloaf Mix
Glaze
- 1/2 Bottle Chili Sauce
- 2 T Brown Sagar
- 1/4 t Dry Mustard
- 1/2 t Liquid Gravy Master
Instructions
- In Large bowl beat eggs slightly with fork, stir in milk, oats, salt, savory, pepper and Parsley, Set aside.
- Melt butter in medium skillet and add onion, sauté until tender. Add onion and meatloaf mix to egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined, using hands if easy,
- Line 9×13 pan with wax paper, form meatloaf on pan, patting down as needed. Refrigerate 2 hours. Run spatula along pan to loosen, turn onto shallow baking pan.
- Oven to 350, Bake 30-40 minutes. Mix all glaze ingredients, brush on and bak for another 45 minutes, brushing occasionally with more glaze.
Notes
Serve with veggie and masher potatoes. Make more, cook and freeze.
